The Becoming Fall Retreat
October 24, 2026 · 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
The Blessing House · Victoria, Minnesota
What if the woman you’ve been looking for has been there all along?
A day created for women who have spent a long time being capable, responsible and there for everyone else - and are ready for a little room to hear themselves again.
Maybe You Don’t Need to Get Away. Maybe You Need Room to Come Back to Yourself.
You’re used to being the one who handles things.
The work. The decisions. The people who count on you. You’ve become good at moving forward, even when part of you is asking for a little more room.
Not because your life is falling apart.
Because sometimes, in the middle of being everything life requires, it gets harder to hear yourself.
The Becoming Retreat creates a day to change the pace to notice what’s been getting lost in the noise and make room for the woman you are now.
A Day With Room to Notice
What’s Been Waiting
for You
The Becoming Retreat is a thoughtfully guided day of reflection, conversation, connection and practical experiences designed to help you slow the pace long enough to hear yourself differently.
You’ll have opportunities to notice patterns, explore what still serves you, reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gotten quieter over the years, and consider what you want to carry forward.
You will never be asked to share anything you don’t want to share.
There is no expectation to tell your story, explain your past or perform vulnerability. You decide how you participate, what you explore and what remains private.
Come as you are. Leave with a little more clarity about who you are now, and what you want from here.
A Personal Invitation from Sheriff Dawanna Witt
As a member of the Becoming Advisory Board, Sheriff Witt shares why creating space for yourself matters and why this retreat may be the day you didn’t realize you needed.

Lindsey isn't here as an expert with answers. She's here as a woman who's walked this path herself, a graduate of The Becoming Program who knows firsthand how the patterns we carry can quietly follow us into the way we think about money, worth, and enough. Her session, Patterns Dressed as Numbers, isn’t financial advice. It’s an honest, personal conversation about what she's learned to notice in herself, and an invitation for you to notice it in you too.

Lisa is the founder of Art Lab Rx, a mental health agency offering art therapy and wellness workshops. A Board Certified, Registered Art Therapist for more than a decade, she blends psychology, neuroscience, and creative expression to help clients navigate life’s complexities and experience meaningful transformation. In Lisa’s words, “This is the hardest work I’ve ever loved.”
If This Day Feels Like Something You’ve Been Needing, There’s Room for You.
You don’t have to arrive with answers, a story you’re ready to tell, or anything figured out.
Come as you are. Spend the day with us. Give yourself room to notice what’s there and what you may be ready for next.
